At SAP, we are passionate about empowering our customers to achieve their business goals. As a Strategic Solutions Manager, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining long-term relationships with our customers.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Strategic Solutions Manager, responsible for overseeing the entire solution life-cycle and ensuring successful adoption of SAP solutions. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing holistic support across all SAP solutions used by them.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand and analyze customer business goals to develop tailored solutions that meet their needs
  • Establish engagement setup, strategy, and governance, planning and managing services delivery, including resource management and governance
  • Organize the positioning and delivery of premium engagement services, ensuring customer satisfaction and managing expectations
  • Recognize potential risks and issues, developing plans for mitigation and escalating critical situations
  • Manage commercial and financial aspects of engagements, including forecasting accuracy and revenue achievement
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to create trust and prioritize effectively
  • A proven track record in addressing business concerns and demonstrating added value through services
  • Demonstrated understanding of SAP-customers' expectations and requirements, with experience in developing sustainable IT-strategies
  • Comprehension of principles and methodologies related to cloud service delivery
  • Ability to resolve or drive resolution in a structured manner, reporting on issue resolution effectively
  • Solid IT and Project Management background, with a focus on efficient and customer-centric operations
  • Experience in one or more industries such as IT, Banking, Insurance, Retail, Automotive, Manufacturing, Fintech, or others
  • Fundamental proficiency in SAP Solution Manager and SAP Cloud Application Lifecycle Management (SAP Cloud ALM)
  • German Professional proficiency

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is between $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. Additionally, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
