Technical Customer Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Customer Advisor to join our team in Athens, Greece. As a key member of our customer experience department, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers regarding electronic products.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver technical support to customers by handling their inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to meet customer needs and deliver outstanding service
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements:
  • A fluent command of the Dutch language and a proficient level of English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A basic understanding of electronics and familiarity with troubleshooting procedures (preferred)
  • Be a real team player and committed to your work
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
  • Living in or willing to move to Greece for an international career and life experience
