Customer Success Advisor - Midmarket France

We are seeking a highly motivated and business-driven Customer Success Advisor to join our team in France. As a strategic partner to our biggest mid-market clients in the design & manufacturing industry, you will be responsible for navigating our customers through their software deployment projects.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing guidance and resources to customers to help onboard new solutions and identify at-risk customers.
  • Partnering with field sales teams, reseller partners, technical support, and client services to lead customer success motions.
  • Participating in Account Planning sessions to identify targeted accounts and establish business outcome agreements.
  • Monitoring customer usage data and health metrics to develop strategies for success.
  • Creating Customer Success Plans for selected focus customers and reviewing them in regular business reviews.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of Customer Success/Account Management experience.
  • Business fluency in English and French.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in or with the Design & Manufacturing industry.
  • Knowledge of Autodesk solutions such as Inventor, Fusion, Vault, PLM/PDM, or Fusion Manage.
  • Availability for occasional travel to client sites or internal QBRs.
