About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Advisor to join our team at SiteMinder. As a key member of our regional teams, you'll play a crucial role in retaining and optimizing our customers, driving customer lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers in achieving maximum value from our hotel commerce platform by leveraging deep product and hotel management knowledge.
  • Manage daily case and task loads effectively, ensuring timely and appropriate resolution for customers.
  • Take ownership of customer issues, identifying, responding, and resolving problems before they escalate.
  • Provide insights to the business on drivers of retention, ensuring a satisfactory solution for both SiteMinder and the customer.
Requirements
  • Experience in sales or retention teams, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and leadership.
  • Comfortable working with CRM software and customer support tools.
