Global Customer Support Advisor

In this role, you will be responsible for understanding and identifying customer needs, responding to inquiries, and mediating between international travelers and accommodation suppliers worldwide.
About the Role:
- As a customer support advisor, you will work closely with the sales team to resolve customer complaints and provide accurate information
- Develop strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
- Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Slovenian: C2 level and advanced English
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills (written and spoken)
- User-friendly PC skills: Office 365, CRM Database, and other internal platforms
- Problem-solving and solution-driven mentality
- Positive, motivated mindset to deal with challenging customer problems
- Goal-oriented work approach
- Affinity with Accommodation platforms
- Experience in customer service or contact center environments valued
Estimated Salary: €26-30 per hour based on industry standards and location. Temporary contract with 38.5 hours/week (Monday to Sunday), available shifts from 09:00 to 20:00.
