Job Summary:
This role is responsible for implementing Rewards plans, processes, and policies for a country or key process in support of the overall Rewards effort. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, compensation, and benefits management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the operational conversion of Rewards strategic goals within a country or key process
- Analyze surveys and labor market trends to determine salary ranges
- Coordinate and support the administration of compensation or benefits programs
- Benchmark labor market trends and propose salary structures and adjustments
- Support job evaluation processes and internal benchmarking
- Deliver training on reward programs and related processes
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Master's degree in business administration and/or Human Resources
- French native/Professional level of English is essential
- Minimum 4 – 6 years of experience in Rewards area
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Experience with tariff agreements and respective legal framework
- Excellent communication and presentation skills

The estimated salary for this position is around €80,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
