Job Summary:

Nordex Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Product Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our product strategy and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive product development and market growth.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitiveness assessments to inform product decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products.
  • Lead the development of commercial tools and processes to support product development.
  • Prepare and present strategic decision proposals to top management.
  • Undertake ad-hoc strategic tasks assigned by top management.

Requirements:

  • Commercial and technical wind expertise with a strong understanding of the holistic business case of a wind project.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive initiatives to success.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to present complex information effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools and basic programming skills.
  • Global perspective with the ability to collaborate with teams across different regions and cultural backgrounds.
  • Fluency in English is essential, while proficiency in German and/or Spanish would be advantageous.
