Job Title: Senior Commercial Product Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Product Manager to join our team at Nordex. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our product strategy and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement commercial product strategies to drive business growth and market share
  • Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to inform product development decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products
  • Prepare and present strategic decision proposals to top management and board level
  • Undertake various ad-hoc strategic tasks assigned directly by top management
Requirements:
  • Technical university degree and several years of experience in a sales support, project procurement or product strategy position
  • Deep understanding of the holistic business case of a wind project and its value drivers
  • Strong technical background to understand the implication of customer requirements on product configurations
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to drive initiatives to success within a complex and dynamic environment
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools and basic programming skills
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in German and/or Spanish
