Job Title: Senior Commercial Product Manager

Join Nordex, a leading manufacturer of wind turbines, as a Senior Commercial Product Manager. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the company's product strategy, ensuring our products remain competitive in the market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market studies and competitor benchmarking to inform product development decisions.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the holistic business case of wind projects, including value drivers and technical implications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive commercial and technical concept assessments.
  • Prepare and present strategic decision proposals to top management and board level.
  • Undertake ad-hoc strategic tasks assigned by top management to contribute to Nordex's growth and success.
Requirements:
  • Hold a technical university degree and have several years of experience in sales support, project procurement, or product strategy.
  • Display an entrepreneurial and strategic mindset, with the ability to drive initiatives to success in a complex and dynamic environment.
  • Exhibit excellent analytical and communication skills, enabling you to present complex information effectively and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Have a strong command of MS Office tools and basic programming skills, enabling you to develop sophisticated financial models.
  • Collaborate with teams across different regions and cultural backgrounds.
  • Fluency in English is essential, while proficiency in German and/or Spanish would be advantageous.
