Role

We are seeking an experienced sales director to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and business success.

Your focus will be on building strong relationships with clients, driving a solid reputation for Ukio in the industry, and leading a high-performing sales team. You will be responsible for recruiting, training, and mentoring sales staff to ensure optimal performance and career growth.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets and business objectives.
  2. Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, including B2C/B2B/KAM.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners, and negotiate deals and contracts.
  4. Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff to ensure optimal performance and career growth.
  5. Set and communicate sales targets, quotas, and KPIs to the team, and ensure they are met or exceeded.
  6. Analyze market trends and customer needs, and identify new business opportunities and revenue streams.
  7. Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards, and provide regular updates and recommendations to senior management.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  9. Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  10. Attend industry events to boost Ukio's reputation and build relationships.
About You

We are looking for a sales professional with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. You should have a strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills, as well as excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

You should be able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, and have a fluent level of Spanish and English. Proficient in the use of Hubspot is a plus.
