As a District Sales Manager in our Diabetes division, you will be responsible for:

  • Generating new business and maintaining existing relationships in a particular area of the country, following our ethical code and company values.
  • Coaching and mentoring staff to work towards excellence, supervising and supporting their professional development.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring all activities are performed in compliance with quality system requirements.
  • Sales planning and follow-up, establishing yearly territory sales plans and implementing sales strategies.
  • Coaching staff in the field and supporting sales representatives in maintaining and expanding customer relationships.
  • Responsible for keeping the segmentation and targeting customer file of the district updated.
