Head of Marketplace Job Description
The successful candidate will lead the global 'Universal Marketplace' organization, driving strategic business goals, influencing purchasing decisions, and growing our registered workshop customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and improve the business plan and strategy for the Universal Marketplace
- Monitor and improve business and financial performance
- Represent the Universal Marketplace in public domain and within the ZF Group
- Plan and forecast Marketplace performance based on advanced analytics
- Build, coach, grow, retain, and inspire an agile, diverse, and high-performing team
Requirements
We are looking for a strong leader with a proven track record in leading large teams to high performance in new and digital markets. The ideal candidate will have:
- University degree, ideally MBA, or extensive experience in similar roles
- Very strong leadership skills and experience managing ventures and M&A's
- Strong expertise and thought leadership in digital marketplace and e-Commerce
- Customer-centric attitude and knowledge of the automotive market
Compensation and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is approximately €120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
