We are seeking a highly motivated German Speaking Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team in Barcelona. As an essential member of our team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers and driving sales growth.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and has a good command of both German and English (B2 level). Our hybrid work model offers the perfect blend of office and remote work, with two days each week spent at our modern Barcelona office and the rest working from home.

Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Proactively reach out to potential clients, understand their needs, and offer customized solutions that fit their requirements.
  • Sales Presentations: Confidently present and promote our range of products and services to prospective customers, highlighting key benefits and unique features to drive interest and sales.
  • Lead Management & Negotiation: Manage your sales pipeline effectively, follow up diligently on leads, and negotiate contracts to successfully close deals.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities, identify new sales opportunities, and provide strategic insights to the team.
  • Customer Support: Deliver outstanding post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction, address any issues promptly, and foster long-term relationships that lead to repeat business.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Fluent in German: Native or near-native proficiency in German is essential.
  • Proficient in English: B2 level English proficiency for effective communication with international colleagues and customers.
  • Sales Enthusiasm: A passion for sales and a drive to achieve and exceed targets and goals.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage and persuade customers.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and quickly learn about our products and services.
