Job DescriptionWe are looking for an Administrative Specialist to join our Immigration Department in Barcelona, Spain. As an Administrative Specialist, you will be responsible for carrying out day-to-day administrative tasks, contacting public bodies in Spanish, executing simple immigration procedures, and preparing and filing immigration forms.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out administrative tasks related to the department, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Contact with public bodies in Spanish, such as Town Halls, Notaries, and Police stations.
- Execute simple immigration procedures, including preparing and filing immigration forms.
- Provide support to clients with immigration-related queries and issues.
- Accompany clients to appointments and act as an interpreter to ensure a smooth experience.
- Support the team with back-office tasks, including document management and filing.
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a legal or immigration-related field.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (C1/C2) and other languages are a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with clients and colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable attitude.
- Basic knowledge of digital tools and process automation, with a willingness to learn and improve.
