Role Description

As a Sales Development Representative at Games Workshop, you will be responsible for engaging with potential independent retailers through cold calling and showcasing the benefits of partnering with us. Your primary goal will be to establish and cultivate strong relationships swiftly by telephone, identify client needs, and effectively close B2B sales opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Ideal Candidate Profile:
Confident communicator with the ability to capture attention and have a great conversation, thrives on surpassing targets, resilient in the face of rejection, naturally skilled in sales with the ability to guide and influence decision making.

We Offer:
Salary: €40,600 OTE (€35,000 base salary + uncapped commission), 23 days of holiday + 12 public holidays, company pension scheme, profit share bonus, and share save scheme, 25% to 50% discount on our products, relocation support, comprehensive training, language skills: full proficiency in German, plus a good level of English, full-time office role at our Barcelona office, education: higher technical diploma, degree or equivalent higher level education qualification.
