About the Role
Hexagon, a leading company in digital reality solutions, is seeking an experienced Order Management Associate to join our team. As a key member of our G&A department, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Process software orders and project services in accordance with corporate policies and procedures.
- Issue invoices and credit notes to customers in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support, responding to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Cut and deliver license keys to customers, ensuring timely and secure delivery.
- Process basic accounting transactions in our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local authorities and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Europe and the US to achieve business objectives.
- Meet deadlines and produce high-quality work products, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in a multinational company.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
- Experience in invoicing, customer service, and basic accounting.
