About the Role

Boston Scientific Gruppe is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Order Management Support Intern to join our team. As an Order Management Support Intern, you will play a critical role in supporting the profitable and sustainable growth of our company by ensuring smooth and efficient order processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Learn and familiarize yourself with automation tools such as EDI and Esker through guided training sessions and self-directed learning.
  2. Support the implementation of new configurations in ESKER or EDI with careful supervision from the order management team.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate new functionality or feedback on support requests.
  4. Support Electronic order management master data uploads, testing, and functionality of new enhancements.
  5. Document processes and best practices related to Esker, EDI & Ecommerce for knowledge sharing and future reference.
  6. Explore the adaptation of AI related to order management to improve processes and gain efficiencies.

Requirements:

  1. Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, Engineering, Information Systems or Computer Science.
  2. Strong interest in automation technologies and willingness to learn new tools and concepts.
  3. Self-starter: ability to effectively prioritize, manage multiple tasks and complete assigned tasks with minimal direct supervision.
  4. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate with team members.
  5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  6. Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical users orally and in written format.
  7. Keen attention to detail and accurate data entry.
  8. Sharp, fast learner with a curiosity and aptitude for technical learning.
