We are currently seeking motivated and skilled Junior Professionals to join our Abbott Diagnostics Division HIAC team in Europe & EEMEAP as an ASSOCIATE TECHNICAL SPECIALIST, providing essential installation and service support for our projects across the region.

Position: Order Management Specialist - Madrid

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE

Individual contributor with in-depth expertise in the designated area. Capable of executing complex or specialized tasks. Knowledge gained through several years of experience or specialized training in the relevant field. Works autonomously, applying standards while adapting precedents and may deviate from established processes to address challenges. Responsible for collecting information and confirming sales initiated by incoming inquiries.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Handles incoming calls that are non-routine and necessitate deviation from standard procedures. Utilizes computerized systems to collect information and validate sales prompted by incoming inquiries. This role does not involve direct selling responsibilities. Typically directs calls to the appropriate personnel as needed. Manages situations that may require tailored responses or extensive research based on customer feedback. May respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and promote products/services. Requires comprehensive knowledge of the company, its products, and/or services. May evaluate needs and recommend alternative products or services. Requires proficiency in navigating computerized data entry systems or other relevant applications.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

Educational Background

Foundation in administration or a bachelor's degree.

Professional Background

Business Acumen. Proficiency in SAP/AS 400. Skilled in Microsoft Office Applications.

Experience

Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
