About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Order Management Associate to join our team at Hexagon, a leading company in digital reality solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and processing software orders and project services, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and verify software orders and project services according to corporate policies and procedures.
  • Issue invoices and credit notes to customers in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Cut and deliver license keys to customers, ensuring seamless access to our products.
  • Process basic accounting transactions in our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
  • Maintain strong relationships with local authorities and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Europe and the US to ensure seamless order management.
  • Meet deadlines and produce activity schedules to ensure efficient order processing.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to successfully complete routine and urgent tasks.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in a multinational company.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common ERP systems.
  • Experience in invoicing and customer service.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
Skills
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Autonomous and proactive approach to work.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a strong commitment to accuracy.
