About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Account Strategies: Collaborate with clients to define high-level account strategies that drive business growth and satisfaction.
  • Ensure Customer Health and Success: Monitor customer health and develop joint success plans to ensure maximization of business objectives.
  • Identify and Mitigate Customer Risk: Proactively identify and mitigate customer risk to achieve best-in-class retention rates.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building strong relationships at every level of their organization.
  • Identify Opportunities for Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement and ensure optimal use of our solution.
  • Proactive Issue Resolution: Take a proactive approach to client issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with Sales, Account Management, and Product teams to drive business growth and solution planning.
Requirements
  • Strong Experience in Customer Success: Proven experience in a similar Customer Success or Client Relationship role.
  • Client-Facing and People-Oriented: Strong client-facing and people-oriented skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and drive business decisions.
  • Proactive and Resourceful: Proactive and resourceful, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
