The Job

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Legal Specialist to join our Human Resources team in Barcelona. As a representative of the company, you will play a key role in labor relations matters and have the opportunity to bring your experience and new ideas to the table.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Advise the HR team on the implementation of HR policies and processes.
  • Support company growth through projects such as equality plans, career development, and contract negotiations.
  • Act as a representative of the company before administrative or judicial bodies.
  • Handle compensation and benefits administration to ensure smooth HR projects and provide a good working environment for employees.
  • Support management and the HR team on legal and tax issues, including knowledge of Spanish law and regulations.
  • Advise on remote workers agreements, freelance, internship, and international mobility.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements for contracts, salary changes, and role updates.
  • Collaborate with local, EMEA, and global HR teams, as well as managers, to support their needs and answer legal questions.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Must have 3 years of experience in a multinational, matrix organization as an HR Generalist or Labor Relations specialist.
  • Advanced English level is a must.
  • Master's degree in Human Resources.
  • Experience working with senior leaders, with the ability to interact with them and deliver results on time and to a high standard.
  • Project Management oriented, with experience in managing and developing different projects related to the HR Department.
