The Job
We are seeking an experienced HR Legal Specialist to join our Human Resources team in Barcelona. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in advising on labor relations matters, implementing HR policies and processes, and supporting the company's growth and development.
Your Missions
- Advise the HR team on the implementation of HR policies and processes.
- Work on company growth support projects, including equality plans, career plans, and contract negotiations.
- Represent the company in labor relations matters, including administrative and judicial bodies.
- Handle compensation and benefits administration, ensuring smooth HR projects and a good working environment for employees.
- Support management and the HR team on legal and tax issues, including knowledge of Spanish law and regulations.
- Advise on remote workers agreements, freelance, internship, and international mobility.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements for contracts, salary changes, and role updates.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in a multinational, matrix organization as an HR Generalist or Labor Relations specialist.
- Advanced English level.
- Master's degree in Human Resources.
- Experience working with senior leaders and ability to interact with them.
- Project Management oriented, with experience in managing and developing different projects related to the HR Department.
