At FCM Travel Spain, we are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's growth and development.

### Key Responsibilities:

• Advise the HR team on the implementation of HR policies and processes.

• Work on company growth support projects, including equality plans, career development, and contract negotiations.

• Represent the company in labor relations matters and handle compensation and benefits administration.

• Support management and the HR team on legal and tax issues, including knowledge of Spanish law and regulations.

• Ensure compliance with legal requirements for contracts, salary changes, and role updates.

• Collaborate with local, EMEA, and global HR teams to support business needs.

### Ideal Candidate:

• 3+ years of experience in a multinational, matrix organization as an HR Generalist or Labour Relations specialist.

• Advanced English level is a must.

• Master's degree in Human Resources.

• Experience working with senior leaders and delivering results on time and on quality.

• Project Management oriented, with experience in managing and developing HR-related projects.
