Join Volotea's HR Team as an HR Legal Specialist

We are seeking an experienced HR Legal Specialist to join our dynamic team at Volotea. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations in Spain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the primary point of contact for handling employee-related matters in Spain, including labor law compliance, contracts, and employee records.
  • Manage daily HR requests and tickets related to personnel handling.
  • Resolve employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including seniority documents and categories.
  • Control and update HR databases, such as SuccessFactors.
  • Organize and participate in various HR events and meetings.
  • Coordinate between handling employees and the Health and Safety Specialist.
Requirements:
  • Academic background in Law or Employee Relations.
  • At least 3 years of experience working in Employment Law.
  • Practical knowledge of employment and Spanish labor law.
  • Motivated to join the HR Department.
  • Proactive, goal-oriented, and positive attitude.
  • Highly motivated with keen attention to detail, proficient written and oral communication skills.
  • Availability to travel 2-3 days per month to our Spanish bases.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
