The Job

We are seeking an experienced HR Legal Specialist to join our Human Resources team in Barcelona. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for advising on labor relations matters, implementing HR policies and processes, and supporting the company's growth and development.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Advise the HR team on the implementation of HR policies and processes, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Support the company's growth and development by working on projects related to equality, career development, and contract negotiations.
  • Represent the company in labor relations matters, including negotiations with administrative and judicial bodies.
  • Handle compensation and benefits administration, ensuring smooth HR projects and a good working environment for employees.
  • Provide advice on legal and tax issues, including knowledge of Spanish law and regulations.
  • Support management and the HR team on remote workers agreements, freelance, internship, and international mobility.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements for contracts, salary changes, and role updates.

Our Ideal Candidate

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist or Labor Relations professional with a strong background in employment law. The ideal candidate will have:

At least 3 years of experience in a multinational, matrix organization.Advanced English language skills.A Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.Experience working with senior leaders and delivering results on time and on quality.Project management skills and experience in managing and developing HR-related projects.
