About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Legal Specialist to join our team at Volotea Alaeo Sl. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on employment law and labor regulations in Spain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the primary point of contact for handling employee matters in Spain, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, employee engagement, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including seniority documents and categories.
  • Control and update HR databases, such as SuccessFactors.
  • Organize and participate in HR events and meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Coordinate with the Health and Safety Specialist to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements
  • Academic background in Law or Employee Relations.
  • At least 3 years of experience working in Employment Law, with a strong understanding of Spanish labor law.
  • Practical knowledge of employment law and regulations.
  • Motivated and proactive individual with a positive attitude.
  • Highly motivated with keen attention to detail, proficient written and oral communication skills.
  • Availability to travel 2-3 days per month to our Spanish bases.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
