Job Summary

We are seeking an HR Legal Specialist to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. As an HR Legal Specialist, you will be responsible for handling employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, fostering a positive work environment, and maintaining accurate employee records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the point of contact for handling employees in Spain, ensuring labor law compliance and managing employee relations matters.
  • Manage daily requests and HR tickets related to handling personnel, including conflict resolution and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including seniority documents and categories.
  • Control and update HR databases, such as SuccessFactors.
  • Organize and participate in different HR events and meetings, including coordinating with the Health and Safety Specialist.

Requirements

  • Academic background in Law or Employee Relations.
  • 3+ years of experience working in Employment Law.
  • Practical knowledge of employment and Spanish labor law.
  • Motivated to join our HR Department.
  • Proactive, goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Highly motivated with keen attention to detail, proficient written and oral communication skills.
  • Availability to travel 2-3 days per month to our Spanish bases.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
