Job DescriptionWe are seeking an HR Legal Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our HR Department, you will be responsible for handling employees in Spain, ensuring labor law compliance, and managing employee relations matters.
Key Responsibilities:- Be the point of contact for handling employees in Spain, including labor law compliance, contracts, paid and unpaid leaves, and documents.
- Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and fostering a positive environment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including seniority documents and categories.
- Control and update HR databases, such as SuccessFactors.
- Organize and participate in different HR events and meetings.
- Coordinate between handling employees and the Health and Safety Specialist.
- Academic background in Law or Employee Relations.
- 3+ years of experience working in Employment Law.
- Practical knowledge of employment and Spanish labor law.
- Motivated to join the HR Department.
- Proactive, goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Highly motivated with keen attention to detail, proficient written and oral communication skills.
- Availability to travel 2-3 days per month to our Spanish bases.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
