Cloud Sales Professional

As a Cloud Sales Professional at Amazon, you will be responsible for driving growth across a set of AWS' Small and Medium Businesses. You will focus on new customer acquisition, utilizing solution-specific targeted campaigns to help grow consumption of current and net-new AWS services. You will work with our channel partners and distributors to drive growth, and use your sales and technical experience to work proactively with our customers to accelerate their journey to the cloud.
Key Responsibilities
• Meet or exceed revenue and goal targets in a defined territory
• Develop and execute against a territory sales plan that leads to the creation and maintenance of a robust sales pipeline, including opportunities in existing accounts as well as driving net new business in untapped customers
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Analyze metrics and data from your accounts to help evolve your strategy
• Grow and articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services
• Accelerate customer adoption through education and engagement
• Collaborate with partners to extend reach and drive adoption
About the Team
Our Cloud Sales team helps businesses start their journey to the cloud, and advises AWS customers on how they can leverage AWS services to further enable their growth. We work at the edge of technology innovation, and are focused on helping small and medium businesses transform through technology and build for the future.
Qualifications
• Experience selling cloud solutions at a software company
• Experience in proactively growing customer relationships, while expanding an understanding of the customer's business
• Knowledge of existing and developing technologies
• Demonstrated proficiency in written and spoken English
