Enterprise Sales Development Representative

Are you passionate about driving business growth and developing your career in sales? Do you have a knack for building relationships and identifying new opportunities? We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at LHH.
About the RoleAs a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new leads and building relationships with potential clients. You will work closely with our sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, and develop a deep understanding of our clients' needs and challenges.
Key Responsibilities- Use a combination of outbound calling, emailing, and marketing campaign follow-up to identify and qualify new leads
- Conduct research to identify key contacts and critical account information within targeted accounts
- Maintain accurate information about key contacts and sales activities in Salesforce
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to share information, provide feedback, and achieve overall sales targets
- Minimum 1+ years of work history in a pipeline generation role as an SDR in the technology sales industry or SaaS
- Demonstrated track record in an early-stage company or highly ambiguous environment
- Advanced knowledge of English and fluent Spanish is mandatory
- Understanding of B2B data sources and tools (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, Sales Navigator, etc.)
- Goal-oriented, has ownership, curiosity, and excellent interpersonal and team management skills
