Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative at Agilent Technologies, you will be part of a multicultural team that works closely with Sales representatives to provide exceptional customer service. Your key responsibilities will include processing formal quotes and orders, interfacing with sales and customers to provide accurate information, and serving as a liaison between customers and internal organizations to resolve customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process formal quotes and orders with accuracy and responsiveness.
- Interface with sales and customers to provide accurate information and solve problems.
- Serve as a liaison between customers and internal organizations to resolve customer inquiries.
- Manage and coordinate the end-to-end customer experience by applying broad knowledge of customer situations, company processes, and compliance requirements.
- Identify and communicate process improvement opportunities to management.
- Perform routine administrative customer service duties using prescribed procedures.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English, Spanish, and French.
- Time management, multitasking, and effective prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated customer service focus.
- Strong computer and systems skills, including accurate data entry.
- Ability to work cohesively with diverse teams and communicate effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Employing a proactive approach, a curiosity to learn, and the ability to take initiative and ownership.
- MS Office experience with emphasis on Excel. SAP/CRM experience preferred.
