Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team in Retail Market Insights. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key players in the industry and C-level executives.
You will work closely with our internal departments to provide a retail partner-centric experience, ensuring maximum communication and collaboration.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Creating and maintaining excellent relationships with key players in the industry and C-level executives
- Preparing and presenting proposals for retailers and contract negotiations
- Upselling add-on services, such as dashboards, countries/regions, and frequency
- Managing overall client relationships with GfK, liaising with internal departments to provide a retail partner-centric experience
- Consulting with retail partners on how to leverage the power of GfK's insights to best support their business
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong understanding of market trends and their interdependencies. You will have a proven track record of sales skills and expertise in target scope, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills.
