We are seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to join our team at Findicia, a global multi-asset brokerage firm based in Sydney. With a workforce of over 1,000 employees spread across more than 30 offices worldwide, we bring over 15 years of industry experience to our clients.

We offer trading opportunities in CFDs for Forex, Commodities, Indices, Shares, and Cryptocurrencies. Our commitment is to provide a robust trading environment, complemented by a fast and user-friendly trading platform, enabling our clients to capitalize on trading opportunities efficiently.

**Job Overview**

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and building relationships with potential partners to promote our trading platform and drive channel sales through partnerships.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Determine the most effective strategies to engage with partners and promote our services.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential partners and stay up-to-date with the competition in the FX sector.
  • Provide sales support to partners, ensuring they have the resources and information needed to effectively promote our platform.
  • Maintain compliance awareness and operate within our legal framework while promoting our services.

**Requirements:*

  • A degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (not required but preferred).
  • Experience in business development, sales, or partnership management, preferably in financial services or trading platforms.
  • Strong understanding of FX sales and the brokerage landscape.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • The ability to work discreetly and professionally in a sensitive market environment.
