Customer Service Representative (German-speaking)

Amspace Recruitment Consultancy is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our esteemed project, supporting a leading brand in audio equipment. As a German-speaking Customer Service Representative, you will provide top-notch service and technical support for premium audio products, ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth issue resolution.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Handle B2C user requests via phone/email, logging details and providing solutions within SLA.
  • Resolve technical queries and keep up-to-date with user-specific applications and tech knowledge.
  • Ensure service requests are satisfactorily concluded and monitor open queries.
  • Escalate service issues as needed and maintain SLA standards.
  • Keep customers informed about the status and progress of their issues.
  • Achieve excellent customer satisfaction levels.
Requirements:
  • Near-native level English, both spoken and written, plus native-level German.
  • Superior customer care skills.
  • Strong IT knowledge in Signal Path Connectivity, Wireless Networking, and Audiovisual products.
  • Experience with Windows and Mac environments.
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in customer service, preferably technical support.
  • Service-oriented with a responsible, independent work habit.
  • Able to implement and manage process changes.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, flexibility, and stress handling skills.
  • Compliance with company security rules.
