Ecommerce Account Development Manager

Amazon is a leader in e-commerce, constantly innovating and seeking talented individuals to join its team. If you're interested in a dynamic environment and have a passion for relationship building, this role may be for you.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach companies to initiate contact via cold calling and mailing.
Support companies in launching their business on Amazon, educating them on the benefits and tools available.
Develop trusting relationships with partner sellers and support them in growing their business on Amazon.
Work with partner sellers to maximize their sales performance across all Amazon Marketplaces in Europe.
Train partner sellers on the tools available in the Seller Central account to ensure their autonomy.
Be proactive and manage improvement projects such as new tools or processes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree from a Business School or an Engineering School (or equivalent university education).
Strong interest in the E-commerce sector.
Excellent level of Spanish and English.
Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong analytical skills, including Microsoft Excel.
Ability to adapt to a constantly evolving environment, good management of complexity.
Ability to successfully influence at all levels within an organization.
