We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead our EMEA sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans tailored to the EMEA region.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to the EMEA region.
- Manage, coach, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships within the leisure, travel & tourism sector.
- Regularly analyze market trends and competitor activities.
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing sales quotas for the EMEA region.
- Represent the company at trade exhibitions and events.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining relationships and addressing their needs effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the company's sales goals align with its overall vision.
**Requirements**
- A degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales leadership within Hotel Luxury properties.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- An exemplary record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent team management and leadership skills.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
