Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Director EMEA to join our team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans tailored to the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coach a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships within the leisure, travel, and tourism sector.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing sales quotas for the EMEA region.
  • Represent the company at trade exhibitions and events.
  • Maintain relationships with customers and address their needs effectively.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure the company's sales goals align with its overall vision.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales leadership within the hotel luxury properties.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • An exemplary record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent team management and leadership skills.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
