Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Director EMEA to join our team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans tailored to the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coach a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships within the leisure, travel, and tourism sector.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing sales quotas for the EMEA region.
- Represent the company at trade exhibitions and events.
- Maintain relationships with customers and address their needs effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the company's sales goals align with its overall vision.
- A degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales leadership within the hotel luxury properties.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- An exemplary record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent team management and leadership skills.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
