About the Role:

The Client Success team at Gartner is dedicated to delivering exceptional value to our clients. As a Client Success Partner, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our clients receive the support and guidance they need to achieve their business goals.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients across various business functions, identifying opportunities to drive growth and satisfaction, and collaborating with internal partners to deliver tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing client success plans to drive value and growth
  • Facilitating client calls and meetings to understand client priorities and needs
  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver customized solutions and services
  • Conducting regular reviews of client performance and engagement metrics

What You Will Need:
3+ years of relevant professional experience
Proven track record of success in client-facing roles
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree preferred
