Salary


The estimated salary for this role is between $80,000 and $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and location. As a freelancer, you will be invoicing us monthly.



Job Description


We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a Customer Success Manager, you will project-manage our clients' multichannel campaigns, working closely with various internal teams to deliver a seamless experience, and fostering long-term relationships that enhance retention and customer satisfaction.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Manage projects and campaigns that balance the needs of the customer with Brightvision's objectives, whilst monitoring profitability, performance, and delivering an unrivalled CX.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor.
  • Understand and define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and buyer personas to tailor outbound marketing efforts.
  • Plan and deliver profitable multi-channel outbound marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with client goals.
  • Create, amend, and develop prospect data lists to optimize outreach and engagement strategies.
  • Manage and monitor the performance of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to achieve campaign objectives.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve client success initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies and client deliverables.
  • Drive client retention and renewal strategies, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, digital marketing methodologies, and best practices to enhance client strategies.


Required Skills and Qualifications:



  • Previous successful experience in B2B telemarketing/Inside Sales.
  • Strong background in digital marketing and project management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Leadership experience of a few years.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven experience in customer success, preferably within the tech industry.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
  • In-depth understanding of ICPs, buyer personas, and outbound multi-channel marketing methodologies.
  • Experience in creating and managing prospect data lists.
