Job Summary

Vestas is seeking a highly skilled Global Service Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Global Service Commercial & Products department, you will be responsible for managing customers that are critical to our business.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Establishing and maintaining productive relationships with key stakeholders within assigned customers.
  • Developing and executing account strategies at a global level, adapting to the specific needs of different markets.
  • Collecting and maintaining essential intelligence about customers' strategies, pipelines, and buying behavior.
  • Coordinating company resources to meet account needs and customer performance expectations.
  • Overseeing the preparation of offers and strategic partnerships in response to global tenders and requests for proposals.
  • Conducting quarterly business reviews with assigned key customers to ensure high customer satisfaction and identify business opportunities.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Business Development, or Engineering (MBA-level education is beneficial).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales or Account Management-related roles within the renewables business (wind preferred).
  • Proficient in English.
