About Us

Danaher, a global leader in the life sciences and diagnostics industries, is seeking a talented Pricing & Margins Optimization Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Pricing, Contracts Governance and Compliance Team, you will play a critical role in driving profitability and growth across our European operations.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and strategic thinker who can develop and implement pricing strategies that align with our business goals. Your expertise in pricing analytics, data analysis, and change management will be essential in maximizing margins and driving profitability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and sales operations, to ensure seamless execution and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize profitability and drive growth in alignment with business objectives;
  2. Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior to inform pricing decisions;
  3. Monitor and evaluate pricing performance at a Country, Customer, and contract level, identifying areas for improvement and optimization;
  4. Develop and maintain pricing models and tools to support decision-making and analysis;
  5. Analyze sales deals to validate profitability data and calculations before signing a contract;
  6. Contribute to and lead margin optimization initiatives in alignment with the Finance Director and key stakeholders;
  7. Create a Profitability Playbook to enable profitable and sustainable growth in Europe.

Requirements

  • Several years of international experience in pricing, revenue management or related roles;
  • Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights;
  • Experience with pricing analytics and modeling techniques: Data analysis and manipulation using data analytics tools;
  • Experience in Change Management;
  • Fluent English in written and spoken;
  • Previous experience in Healthcare or medical devices industry and addressing differences between private-public environment & direct-indirect sales models a plus.

Benefits

You will enjoy a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
