About the Role
The Pricing & Margins Optimization Manager Europe is a key position within our Diagnostics business, responsible for maximizing margins and driving profitability for our European sales operations. This involves analyzing, optimizing, and implementing pricing strategies and initiatives across our product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a pricing strategy to maximize profitability, aligning with business objectives and customer needs.
- Conduct thorough analysis of market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior to inform pricing decisions.
- Monitor and evaluate pricing performance at a Country, Customer, and contract level, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Develop and maintain pricing models and tools to support decision-making and analysis.
- Analyze sales deals to validate profitability data and calculations before signing a contract.
- Contribute to and lead margin optimization initiatives in alignment with the Finance Director and key stakeholders of the commercial teams.
- Create a Profitability Playbook to enable profitable and sustainable growth in Europe.
Requirements
- Several years of international experience in pricing, revenue management, or related roles.
- Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights.
- Experience with pricing analytics and modeling techniques: data analysis and manipulation using data analytics tools.
