As an integral part of our Transcatheter Mitral and Tricuspid Therapies (TMTT) business unit, the European Training Strategist will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing best-in-class training programs.
About the Role
As European Training Strategist, you will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs that enhance competencies among internal team members. This involves developing overarching training strategies and methodologies utilizing education principles, assessing trainees' and team members' competencies, and adapting delivery to achieve training standards and outcomes. You will also establish and maintain training projects timelines, drive communication to stakeholders, and objectively measure the effectiveness of educational tools, resources, and programs.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement training strategies and methodologies that align with the company's goals and objectives
Design and deliver high-quality training programs that meet or exceed industry standards
Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of training into business operations
Manage new product launches and ensure readiness in all internal training aspects
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a health-related field or Master's Degree or equivalent in a health-related field
8 years' experience in the healthcare industry or 6 years' experience in the healthcare industry with a Master's Degree
Strong background in cardiology, structural heart expertise, and imaging - echocardiography knowledge
Proven ability to design and deliver trainings about medical devices for cardiology, ideally structural heart interventional cardiology
Salary Information
The estimated annual salary for this role is €85,000 - €110,000, depending on location and experience.
