Sales Representative

EF Education First is seeking a Sales Consultant to join our European team in Barcelona. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling and promoting our Online English courses. Your key responsibilities will include inbound and outbound calls to potential new customers, upgrading and renewing current customers, and taking full ownership of direct sales in the region. You will also be responsible for achieving excellent customer service and proactively responding to client queries.
Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role, fluent level in French both written and verbal, and a minimum B2 level of English. You should also be able to communicate effectively and concisely to customers, have cultural awareness and be a team-player, and have a good understanding of KPIs and targets.
