Housekeeping Team Lead

Job DescriptionWe're looking for an Assistant Head Housekeeper to join our team at The Hoxton, Poblenou. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests experience spotless and well-put-together rooms that they want to come back to.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with the Head Housekeeper to maintain high standards for bedrooms and public areas
- Lead and inspire the housekeeping team by example, creating an environment where they can be themselves, feel supported, and empowered
- Take responsibility for keeping our standards high through SOPs, relevant training, and regular checks
- Work closely with other teams (Front Office, Maintenance, R&B) towards the overall goal of creating a memorable experience in a beautiful space
