About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Accor. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of housekeeping staff to ensure that our hotel rooms and public areas are always clean and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of housekeeping staff to ensure that all rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
- Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure that all areas of the hotel are cleaned and maintained efficiently.
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
- Train and develop housekeeping staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
- Work closely with the Head Housekeeper and other departments to ensure that all areas of the hotel are running smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, with additional languages an advantage.
