About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at The Hoxton, Poblenou. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guest rooms and public areas are always clean and well-maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Oversee the cleaning and servicing of all guest rooms and public areas, ensuring that they are always clean and well-maintained.
- Support the Head Housekeeper in maintaining and developing the partnership with our external housekeeping provider.
- Train and develop the housekeeping team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service.
- Monitor and maintain the quality of our housekeeping services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally around a year at Supervisor level.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with additional languages highly valued.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Experience of Micros Fidelio Opera or a similar front desk operating system would be an advantage.
