Housekeeping Supervisor Trainee

As a Housekeeping Supervisor Trainee at The Barcelona EDITION, you will be responsible for supervising employees and assisting in the management of daily activities in the Housekeeping department. You will direct and work with employees to ensure that rooms, public spaces, and employee areas of the hotel are clean and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct room inspections to ensure quality standards are met and take corrective action as needed.
- Execute reports on room status, verify room conditions, identify discrepancies, prioritize room cleaning, and update guest room status.
- Act as a liaison to coordinate work between Housekeeping, Maintenance, Front Desk, and Laundry departments.
- Document and resolve any issues and complete required procedures.
- Assist in managing employee training, schedules, evaluations, guidance, discipline, motivation, and preparation; serve as a role model and first point of contact for the Fair Treatment Guarantee / Open Door Policy process.
