Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Housekeeping Manager in managing the department's daily operations, including third-party companies.
  • Control budget and ensure monthly financial closure of department costs.

  • Collaborate with housekeeping partners, Front Office, and Engineering Team to maintain a seamless guest experience.
  • Address guest issues promptly and provide excellent correspondence.
  • Maintain proper inventory levels and manage cost per room for supplies.
  • Plan, assign work, and establish performance and development goals for employees.
  • Provide mentoring, coaching, and regular feedback to improve employee performance.
  • Supervise laundry operations and ensure public areas, guest rooms/suites, equipment, and linens are clean and in good repair.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of housekeeping experience in an upscale or lifestyle brand hotel.
  • Previous experience with pre-opening of a hotel is a plus.
  • Proven team leader with high energy and motivation, able to inspire others.
  • Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and have a high-level attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluent in Spanish and English.
