Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Team Member to join our team at The St. Regis Mardavall Mallorca Resort. As a Housekeeping Team Member, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to guest requests and provide exceptional service.
  • Transport supplies and equipment to assigned areas.
  • Enter guest rooms in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all areas are clean and tidy.
  • Replace guest amenities and supplies, including linens and towels.
  • Clean bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, and bathtubs.
  • Remove trash and recyclables from guest rooms and public areas.
  • Check that all appliances and equipment are in good working order.
  • Straighten and dust furniture, fixtures, and appliances.
  • Perform floor care duties, including vacuuming and mopping.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects, including cleaning equipment and supplies.
